What a well-written article about a special place which few in New Braunfels even know about. Thank you Jennifer Lloyd for writing so beautifully about the Allen Chapel AME Church. I might just attend services there this Sunday. What a special group of people and what a wonderful, long history.

It's good to read about a small congregation "keeping the faith". 120 years is a long time. I'll watch for that small, bright spot the next time I visit New Braunfels.
